BIO
It all started when.
Cat Davis emerged as a practicing artist in 2017. Taking art classes throughout her academic career led to participating in college art exhibitions, though her life path took a direction away from art after college. Coming to a crossroads in recent years made Cat realize that in order to be centered she needed a creative outlet. After taking a few classes at the Art Students League in Denver she chose to do a year long immersion program with Artist Mastery Guide Marianne Mitchell. Having a transient childhood developed Cat’s affinity for the realm of ambiguity. Frequently in between places, friendships and spending more time on the outside than belonging, influenced Cat’s interest in expressing the liminal spaces in one’s life.
